Amy is a Consultant in the Ndevr Environmental Melbourne office. Amy's legal training, knoweldge of the environmental space and service focus are particularly valuable to assist organisations navigate complex compliance needs and implement strategic actions. Amy has worked with the team since 2012, is a Registered Greenhouse and Energy Auditor, and holds Bachelor degrees in Law and Environmental Management (1st class honours) from the University of Queensland (UQ).

Amy brings an in-depth knowledge of carbon and energy matters and trends influencing industry and government, and enjoys working with clients to identify needs and provide practical, tailored solutions. Amy is particulary strong in the federal policy space, and has assisted clients with the end-to-end process of participation in the Emissions Reduction Fund and monetising abatement, and compliance with the Safeguard Mechanism and National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting scheme (NGERs). Amy is also experienced in assisting business and state and local government to implement emission reduction and cost saving programs, and to become a carbon neutral in line with the National Carbon Offset Standard.

Previously, Amy worked and volunteered with community legal centres conducting legal research in environmental law and management issues. She also tutored in Sustainable Production and Consumption at UQ, where she enjoyed the challenge of communicating complex ideas in a simple and effective way. Amy cofounded UQ's Student Energy Network, which aims to help students develop their skill-set and enrich their network while exploring some of Australia's most pressing energy problems.
