Climate Policy & Strategy
In order for our clients to achieve practical solutions in a complex environment it is important to have a policy in place to guide the achievement of the desired outcomes, and a strategy on the best way to get there. It is also vital that the right policies – those that enable positive environmental outcomes whilst bearing in mind stakeholder needs and practicality - are set by regulators.
Ndevr Environmental has supported its clients in investigating and setting suitable policies that will achieve the desired outcomes, and developing strategies to accomplish them. From time to time our professionals also provide input into government policy, which provides us with a unique insight and enables us to provide your business with the best advice possible.
Ndevr Environmental are experts in climate carbon and energy policies across all levels of government. We can help you navigate the complex and ever-changing policy settings in play. Whether it is to comply, understand or implement internal policies, our specialists are leaders in this space.

Our team members have also been involved in the National Energy Efficient Building Project and development of the National Alternative Fuels Strategy.
Ndevr Environmental has also undertaken reviews of existing policy methodologies, particularly Emissions Reduction Fund (ERF) methodologies, providing recommendations for improvement on the Human Induced Regeneration and the Herd Management ERF Methods.
PROGRAM FACILITATION / PANELS
The Ndevr Environmental team has highly developed stakeholder engagement and consultation skills and our team members have a range of experience in enhancing industry capability through knowledge transfer and industry engagement programs.

Undertaking a feasibility study is a vital first step before jumping in to a new venture or project implementation. At Ndevr Environmental, we assist our clients in completing thorough risk assessments, identify all practical considerations, and costs and benefits involved in order to undertake a robust feasibility study to guide the decision-making process.
We have undertaken feasibility studies for several high profile projects, such as the City Stirling Biodiesel Feasibility Study, City of Moreland Electric Vehicle Feasibility Study, and numerous renewable energy feasibility studies as well as investigations into potential ERF project feasibility.
Investors, regulators, staff, and other stakeholders all increasingly expect a transparent and sophisticated response to climate change at an organisational level. Our specialists can help you understand, allocate, mitigate and disclose climate risk to your business. Whether it is ASIC disclosure or implementing internal carbon reduction strategies, our specialists can provide you with fit-for-purpose and up-to-date advice.
