What personal data we collect and why we collect it:
Contact forms
If you contact us through a form on our website, we will collect and retain the information you choose to provide to us.
Your information will be stored in our CRM and emailing systems.
Embedded content from other websites, analytics and third party tracking:
Some links and pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. We have no control or influence over how your data is used by third parties.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Third party sites that we embed content or tracking code from includes Google analytics, You Tube and Vimeo, Dropbox, and WP Forms, HubSpot, Slack Social, Twitter, Microsoft Clarity, Bit.ly and LinkedIn. This list is not exhaustive and is subject to change at any time without notification.
We have not knowingly or purposefully embedded any content or code associated with Facebook or its subsidiary companies/ brands. Our company does not use Facebook for any marketing or promotional purposes. While it is not intended to do so in the future, any deliberate purposeful change to this status will be highlighted at the beginning of this privacy policy should a change occur.
We have made best effort to ensure that any third party content and analytics tools we use have a reasonable track record when it comes to how user data is stored and managed.
Who we may share your data with
If required, and for the purposes of conducting business with you, we may need to share information about you with our business partners, Oracle, MYOB, ReportsNow, Forza, DWS Global UK, Clarisity or Pebble IT. This list may change at any time without notifying you. However, this sort of exchange of information won’t just happen out of the blue. In the instances that this is likely to happen you would already be well into personal direct discussions with us and/or any of these partners.
How Long We Retain Your Data
Our internal website management and website data systems are managed manually, therefore we only purge data when the webmaster gets around to it, and if its required.
Having said that we don’t go out of our way to collect vast swathes of data on you that can be run through complex algorithms so that you can be tracked and traced all over the web. We proactively try to minimise the amount of data collected and stored, collecting data that is only relevant to our business dealings with you. For example, we may store your name, email address and phone number, but we don’t hold information like your DOB, personal interests or web search history.
If you visited our site last year we probably won’t notice that you came back unless you specifically fill in a new form, or pick up the phone and tell someone.
What Rights You Have Over Your Data
If you think we have collected data on you and you would like that data changed or deleted just ring us on 03 9865 1400 and ask to speak with the marketing manager about the issue. If you experience difficulty getting through on this matter then please email info@ndevr.com.au, put “Attention Marketing – I have a privacy issue” in the the subject line of your email. We will happily comply with all reasonable demands and requests.
